Are you an Authorized Dealer? 

Yes! HipModernHome.com only carries brands that we are 100% authorized dealers for. This means you get the FULL Warranty.  In fact, we want to save you both shipping time and money, so all of our Beds are shipped directly to you, from the manufacturer themselves! We are currently authorized dealers for ACME, Brownstone Furniture, Chelsea Home Furniture, Donco and Donco Kids. Our list of brands is growing very fast too, so contact us if there is a brand you want us to stock!

Is it safe to purchase online?

Absolutely! Your security is our utmost priority. Thats why we use state of the art 128-bit encryption all over our website. This ensures that your details and credit card information are 100% secure. Your card details are fully encrypted as they pass through our system meaning that we aren't able to view any of your details!

What security measures do you use to encrypt my data?

We use 128-bit encryption which is now the industry standard. We are fully PCI compliant and on top of that we are secured by Shopify's HTTPS security protocol as well. Dont worry your details are safe with us!

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Instead of having a series of warehouses full of inventory and having only specific colors, sizes and brands in stock, we have partnered directly with the manufacturers to have them ship your bed straight to you. This means that unless there is a problem on the manufacturer's side, you can rest assured that all beds listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Custom items could take an additional 1-2 weeks to build and ship.  If your item isn't in stock for whatever reason, we'll contact you ASAP via phone or email to discuss alternatives. If we can't find a great alternative, we will happily refund 100% of your money.

Want to buy an Item that is not on our website?

Our goal is to keep HipModernHome.com clutter free and simple to use.  This means we don't list every product that our suppliers have available. But if there is something you want to purchase from any of the manufactures we have on our website, we will happily sell it to you for the best price guaranteed.  Simply email us at hello@HipModernHome.com with your what you want to purchase and one of our staff will give you the best price possible and details on how to pay. We carry anything and everything that ACME, Brownstone Furniture, Chelsea Home and Donco make. 

Warranty Questions?

The great news is since we are an authorized dealer for all products we carry, you will receive the full warranties for everything that you purchase from us. The even better news is since we deal directly with the manufacturer and have them ship their stock to you, there is no middle man to get in the way and complicate a warranty claim. Please check the manufacturers website for their specific warranty terms and feel free to contact us if you need assistance filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.  

Do you have a catalogue?

Our website is designed to be our online catalogue. We try to add products regularly to give you the best possible selection. This makes it difficult to for us to keep a printed catalogue current. If you are unable to find what you are looking for please call or email us at hello@HipModernHome.com. We will do our very best to promptly answer your query.

What is CE Mark?

CE marking is the manufacturer's declaration that the product meets the requirements to be sold in the European Economic Area.

Order Questions 


Where are you located and can I pick up my Bed from your office?

Our office is located in Sheridan, Wyoming, however our beds ship directly from the manufactures, which saves you time and money.  Some of our beds are shipped to hubs around the USA before they are dispatched. Please note that a lot of our beds are shipped on pallets meaning you will need a van for collection or a car with lots of space.  To schedule a pickup, please order online as usual, then send us an email stating you would like to pick it up and we will notify you when your order is ready which is usually 1-2 business days if your item is in stock, and where the item is located.  

How can I place an order?

Ordering Online: Find a product you would like to purchase and click on the Add to Cart button. Now click Checkout. If you are ordering more than one product, add all the items that you wish to purchase in the cart. Once you are done click on Checkout. If there were any options, colors or upgrades that you missed, one of our custom service staff members will contact you either by email or phone. In-stock items are usually 2-3 days after we receive the order.

Ordering by Phone: Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you select your bed and any accessories whilst keeping in mind your individual needs. Our top brands and competitive prices ensure that you'll be completely satisfied with every HipModernHome.com phone purchase you make. You can even order the bed you want online, then give us a call and we'll add on the features or accessories that you want!

Ordering by Email: If you want to place your order through email, send us a message to hello@HipModernHome.com and one of our staff members will get back to you quickly with a total price including tax and shipping.  Please include the product in mind using a link, SKU or name. Also add the color, as well as any options or upgrades that you might desire. 

When will I be contacted to confirm my order?

A HipModernHome.com representative will email you prior to the shipping of your order, informing you of order status and lead time for delivery. If your item has options which were not specified when you placed your order, we will mention these and wait for your response. Otherwise for all normal orders we will send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted and reach out to you again once your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships we will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step.

What if my order is damaged?

Here at HipModernHome.com we offer a no-hassle 30-day return policy. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know at support@HipModernHome.com and we will get a new product shipped to you ASAP. Please read the DAMAGED ITEMS section of our Shipping Information Page.

 

Shipping Questions


When will I be contacted regarding the delivery of my order?

Immediately after your order has shipped, we will email you with the shipping information for your order. For large orders including freight shipping orders and orders over 250lbs, our shipping company may call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.

Can you ship to an APO Address?

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products.
